FACTS. - A circuit court Judge Perry forfeited bail on three defendants and entered judgments against bail bondsman Tolman on the bonds. Another circuit court Judge delivered to the sheriff a letter prohibiting the appellants from acting as bail bondsmen in the circuit. PROCEEDINGS. - The appellants and Tolman sued for a writ of prohibition on the forfeiture of Tolman's bonds. The district court denied the writ, and the plaintiffs other than Tolman appealed.
